Junior Project Support Executive

We are hiring a Junior Project Support Executive for Our Product to support day-to-day operations, customer coordination, and internal project activities. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career candidates who are comfortable with calling, follow-ups, order support, and coordination. You will work closely with the operations, vendor, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely resolution of tasks.Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to orders, vendors, and internal coordination
• Support daily operations and project execution activities for Swaaad
• Coordinate with kitchen partners, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders
• Follow up on orders, issues, delays, and closures
• Maintain order logs, support trackers, and daily reports
• Assist in scheduling, task tracking, and status updates
• Resolve basic customer or vendor queries and escalate when required
• Ensure timelines, SLAs, and process guidelines are followed
• Support reporting and documentation for operations and projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality, Management, or Operations preferred)
• Customer support or lead generation experience is plus point.
• Good verbal communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
• Comfortable with calling, coordination, and customer interaction
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced food operations environment
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required
