Job Title: Project Manager IT Infrastructure Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Notice Period: Immediate Joiner or max 30 days Experience: 5+ Years Shift: Flexible Company: Norwin Technologies (Client: Product-Based Company) About the Role Norwin Technologies is seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and deliver critical infrastructure implementation and transformation projects. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio, including data center migrations, cloud transitions, network and storage upgrades (SAN/NAS), and backup infrastructure projects. This role demands hands-on delivery experience, technical competence, and strong stakeholder engagement capabilities Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation of infrastructure projects including: Data center migration Cloud adoption (AWS, Azure) Networking infrastructure upgrades Enterprise backup systems Storage infrastructure (SAN/NAS) Manage scope, schedule, risks, and budgets using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid models. Coordinate with engineering, operations, and vendor teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Prepare and deliver project documentation, status reports, and executive updates. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes. Monitor project financials: budget planning, forecasting, and cost tracking. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of project management experience in IT infrastructure environments. Demonstrated success in managing: Networking infrastructure projects (LAN/WAN, firewalls, etc.) Backup and recovery system implementations Enterprise storage solutions (SAN/NAS) Cloud and data center migrations Strong understanding of infrastructure components: servers, storage, virtualization, networking, and cloud. Proficiency in project management methodologies Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting .
