Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with 4+ years of experience to lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Define project goals, deliverables, tasks, and resource requirements.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, reports, and risk logs.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to ensure timely delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure expectations are aligned.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Manage project changes and ensure project objectives are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in project management roles in IT, software development, or service domains.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery using methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, Trello, or Asana.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
