Junior Project Coordinator

• Track and update engineering projects in

  ClickUp

  (or Jira/Asana).
• Maintain timelines, task lists, and basic roadmaps.
• Support stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Communicate updates and surface risks/blockers early.
• Work closely with the CTO and Technical PM on priorities.
• Learn to translate business requirements into clear engineering tasks.

• 1–3 years’ experience

  as IT Project Coordinator / Assistant PM / Junior PM in SaaS or engineering.
• Hands-on with

  ClickUp/Jira/Asana

  .
• Familiarity with full-stack TypeScript (React/Node.js or similar) is a plus.
• Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
• Organised, proactive, eager to learn and grow fast.
