Job Description

As a Junior Professional in the Human Resources Department in Shanghai, China, your role will involve assisting in various HR functions to optimize the organization's workforce and achieve strategic goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the Banks compensation and benefit review by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data - Supporting the preparation and monitoring of the annual HR budget, including forecasting salaries and benefits - Helping in the preparation of recommendations for Board Human Resource Committee submissions, including costing and analysis - Preparing reports on Department-wise Salaries and Benefits utilization, Annual leave accrual, and Key Management Personnel data for submission to Finance, Budget, and Accounting (FBA) - Collaborating with the HR team on cross-functional projects and initiatives - Conducting market research and benchmarking to develop competitive compensation strategies - Analyzing historical data and trends to support budget forecasting and planning - Tracking and reporting on budget utilization, identifying variances and recommending adjustments - Supporting the administration of employee benefits programs and wellness initiatives - Assisting in vendor management when required - Handling any other ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time Qualifications required for this role include: - Masters Degree or equivalent in HR or a relevant field - Relevant certification from globally recognized certification agencies in the related field would be preferred - Minimum one year of relevant work experience preferred, but candidates with less than one year of experience or Fresh Graduates meeting education degree requirements could also be considered - Strong data analytical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Exceptional interpersonal skills, operational excellence, problem-solving abilities, conflict management skills, and high resilience and drive in achieving objectives and goals - Ability to work in a multi-cultural work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration This role offers you the opportunity to contribute to the strategic goals of the organization while gaining valuable experience in various HR functions.,
