Junior Production/ Press Supervisor

As a Junior Production/Press/Packing Supervisor at our printing press located in Bhopal, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day production activities and ensuring the smooth operation of the production line. With a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in offset printing press and packaging, you will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to our production processes. Your responsibilities will include production planning and scheduling, monitoring the production process to ensure cost-effectiveness, timely delivery, and high-quality products. You will be responsible for managing human and material resources efficiently, maintaining product standards, controlling rejection rates, and reducing scrap costs. Additionally, you will review the performance of subordinates, plan jobs for optimal machine utilization, and ensure preventive maintenance of machines. To excel in this role, you should possess good administration skills, a background in Printing Press processes, and experience in shift production and quality planning. Your ability to supervise effectively, conduct quality checks, and ensure standardization in line with industry norms and regulations will be crucial for success. Furthermore, you may be assigned additional responsibilities by the management as needed. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in any manufacturing industry, with a salary range of 15 to 20 K. The job location is near Kokta Bypass, Bhopal (M.P.), and the shifts may vary based on job requirements. Please note that only male candidates are eligible to apply for this position.
