Junior Planning Engineer

As a Junior Planning Engineer for the Construction Division at a leading Real Estate Developer in The Kingdom Of Bahrain, your role will involve: - Assisting in developing detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or other scheduling software. - Preparing the WBS based on the Construction Drawing. - Setting work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan. - Monitoring project progress and updating schedules accordingly. - Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies. - Preparing progress reports and presentations. - Coordinating with project teams to ensure timely execution of tasks. - Analyzing project data to identify trends and potential issues. - Assisting in resource allocation and leveling. - Developing detailed baseline schedules, identifying critical path activities and float time. - Tracking project progress against the baseline schedule and identifying deviations. - Conducting sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of changes in project parameters. - Assisting in allocating resources effectively to optimize project timelines and costs. - Monitoring project costs and identifying potential cost overruns. Qualification & Experience required: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role. - Strong understanding of project planning and scheduling principles. - Proficiency in Primavera P6 or other scheduling software. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,
