Junior Merchandiser with focus on CRM

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing CRM and day-to-day brand operations, from product sourcing to customer delivery. Your role will involve handling all communication via email, calls, and social media related to orders, brand, and PR queries. You will also be responsible for communication regarding website and in-store orders, as well as escalations. Coordinating with the production team and dispatch team will be necessary to ensure timely order dispatch. Your key responsibilities will include: - Expanding growth channels by tying up with marketplaces, pop-ups, and trade shows in domestic and overseas markets. - Executing minimum collaborations for PR, pop-up events, and online tie-ups on a monthly basis. - Working with third-party sales channels, coordinating regarding stocks, and ensuring timely dispatch of orders. - Collaborating with the internal team and third parties for end-to-end coordination. - Providing inventory forecasts and projections for stores. Qualifications required for this position: - Candidates with a Masters in Fashion Management are preferred. - Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in Apparel E-commerce or D2C brands. - Passion for problem-solving and creative solutions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Excel.,
