E-Commerce Merchandiser

Position: Production & Operations Executive
Reports to: Design & Sourcing Manager

Role Summary:
Manages end-to-end production operations — from material planning and vendor coordination to store dispatch and PR collaboration execution — ensuring smooth seasonal rollouts and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the Master Production Tracker across styles, vendors, timelines, and quality checks (QC).
• Plan fabric, trims, and embroidery orders with SKU-level inventory projections in coordination with the Design & Sourcing Manager.
• Approve samples for bulk production and finalize production costs.
• Issue purchase orders and maintain challans for all store dispatches.
• Oversee store and pop-up dispatches, ensuring accurate stock transfers and delivery records.
• Coordinate with the Dispatch Executive for packaging, logistics, and timely deliveries.
• Track all vendor invoices and submit them for accounts approval.
• Manage fabric usage for in-house sampling.
• Execute two PR/influencer collaborations per month — manage brief creation and coordination.
• Conduct a weekly coordination call with the Brand Manager and Accounts teams to review production status and pending actions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Production tracker accuracy: 100% weekly updates
• On-time vendor delivery rate: ≥ 90%
• Sampling approval turnaround: within 5 working days
• Inventory variance: < 3% per cycle
• Dispatch accuracy: 100% documentation (challans, slips)
• PR / Influencer collaborations: 2 per month, executed on brief
• Vendor invoice submissions: 100% by month-end
• Weekly coordination call compliance: 100% attendance & reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
