E-Commerce Merchandiser

As an E-Commerce Merchandiser at Elahe, India's premier luxury fashion destination, your role will involve leading and managing designer onboarding, building strong relationships with designers, coordinating product updates, launches and restocks, and ensuring alignment between designer aesthetics and Elahe's brand positioning. You will also negotiate markdowns and exclusives, analyze product performance to create seasonal and yearly calendars, ensure timely collections go live with accurate information, coordinate with various teams to troubleshoot issues, monitor client orders, run stock audits, collaborate cross-functionally, solve problems proactively, and maintain clear documentation and structured ownership. Qualifications required for this role include 1 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce, fashion buying, merchandising, or luxury retail, strong communication and relationship management skills, proficiency in Google Sheets with familiarity in Shopify being a plus, and the ability to independently find solutions and drive outcomes.
