Job Description

Position: Junior Merchandiser Experience: 2+ Years Qualification: B. Tech (Textile or related) Role & responsibilities * Analyzing tech pack. * Circulating SRF and tech packs to sample team. * Arranging trims and fabrics for sampling. * Reviewing samples and connecting samples courier to buyer. * Verify order quantity and price, after receiving PO from buyer. * Sending PO and fabric details to CAD team to get fabric consumption to update in ERP. * Coordinating with trims sourcing team, fabric and processing team to get current prices of trims, fabric cost to update sales order in ERP and to workout costing. * Sending sales order details and cost sheet for approval. * Once the sales order is approved, releasing the projects in ERP and circulating the sales order details to sourcing, planning and production team. * Coordinating with factory team and vendor team to execute bulk production. * Filing tech packs, master shade swatches, order copies, sales contract, test reports, trim card etc., * Verifying trims quality, layouts for bulk production. * Trim card and fabric shade approvals. * Sending approved fabric swatches and trim cards to factory team. * Verifying sample and sample approvals for bulk production. * Sending TRF and follow up with 3rd part testing agencies. * Communicating with internal and external people * Submitting inline reports, AQL reports, test reports to buyer. * Replying to buyer mails on time. Skills & Competencies: * Proficiency in ERP software, MS Excel. * Good communication skill to handle buyer mails. * Capable to handle and remember multiple tasks. * Completing day to day work without any delay or pending.
