Job Description

Position : Junior Manager - 1271

Exp : Minimum 9 Year required

Education : Diploma Electrical Eng.

Role & responsibilities

Central Maintenance

To lead the equipment, break down & scheduled repair activities across the Plant.
Pursue the cause of machine failure, measures to prevent recurrence
Planning & Execution of periodical maintenance (TBM & CBM)
Inspection and planned repair activities in preventive maintenance
Safety management and guidance of subordinates
Implement education to improve maintenance skills for subordinates

Preferred candidate profile

Good knowledge of Electrical & Electronics Equipments and their operations.
Knowledge of Electrical Component such as Mitsubishi PLC, Servo systems, Relays, Switchgear, Electric motor, Servo motor, VFD etc.
Should have good knowledge about various kinds of electronics hardware like Load cell, Encoder, Amplifier, Proface PC and controller etc.
Must be able to understand electrical/mechanical drawings.
Knowledge of basic Mechanical Component such as Pneumatic Cylinder/Valve Working, Hydraulic Pump working, Chain conveyor, Gear drive etc.
