We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to support our Purchase Department . The role involves maintaining accurate records of purchase transactions, vendor invoices, GRNs, and procurement documents in the ERP system. The ideal candidate should be proficient in ERP usage and have strong data handling and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Enter and update Purchase Orders (POs) , vendor details , and material receipts in ERP. Maintain accurate records of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and invoice processing. Assist in matching POs with GRNs and vendor invoices for payment processing. Track vendor dispatches , delivery timelines, and payment follow-ups. Digitize and archive procurement documents , invoices, and credit notes. Coordinate with stores, accounts, and vendors to ensure smooth procurement flow. Generate reports on pending orders , delivery status, and vendor performance. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience with ERP systems specially in Material Management (MM), Finance modules. Degree/Diploma in Commerce , Logistics , or Supply Chain Management . Required Skills: Good communication Skills. Good understanding of procurement and inventory receipt processes . Excellent typing, documentation, and organizational skills. Should be accountable for data accuracy and record-keeping responsibilities. Able to manage and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of purchase documentation and data updates.
Key Roles & Responsibilities: Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and customer demands. Adjust plans proactively in response to unforeseen changes such as machine breakdowns or material delays. Review material availability and project-wise allocation, and coordinate with the Materials department for procurement. Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure the timely receipt of materials as per specifications. Update all relevant departments regarding changes to the current production schedule, if any, so they can prioritize their activities accordingly. Inform the Quality Control (QC) department of nearing completion status to schedule the final inspection or Third-Party Inspection (TPI). Ensure that available resources are utilized to their maximum capacity through effective planning and control; highlight underutilized resources to plant management. Recommend and implement efficient production techniques and cost reduction initiatives to improve the production process, product quality, and productivity. Interact with shop floor supervisors daily to understand and resolve any issues related to manufacturing efficiency. Coordinate with packing and logistics teams for the timely dispatch of products to customers. Analyze production data and metrics (e.g., OEE, downtime, cycle times, scrap rates) to identify inefficiencies. Manage production data in ERP/MRP systems, including tracking schedules, material usage, and work orders. Generate regular reports on operational metrics, productivity, inventory status, and production deviations. Support and prepare documentation for audits and certifications (e.g., customer audits, TPI, process approvals). Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling tools. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and planning software. A degree or diploma holder in a relevant field. 45 years of relevant work experience. Experience preferred in the Roll Forming Industry or Engineering Industry.
Position: Design Detailer Department: Design Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design Detailer with expertise in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Autodesk Inventor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting customer drawings, evaluating manufacturing feasibility, estimating project costs, and developing detailed CAD plans for production. This role involves working closely under the supervision of senior engineers to ensure accurate and efficient design processes. Key Responsibilities: Utilize AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Autodesk Inventor to create detailed designs and drawings. Read and understand customer drawings for projects/products. Evaluate the feasibility of designs for manufacturing. Modify drawings based on manufacturing feasibility and actively work with clients to finalize and approve the drawings. Proactively work with vendors, majorly extrusion vendors to verify, modify, approve and sign-off counter drawings. Estimate costs for customer projects/products based on design specifications. Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures for new products. Prepare detailed drawings that are sent out for production. Apply knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), drawing symbols, and tolerance standards (ISO, ASTM, BIS) to design projects. Prepare gage drawings for quality checking. Develop tooling drawings to support the production process. Possess basic knowledge about raw materials and their applications in design and manufacturing. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field. Proven experience as a Design Detailer or similar role. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Autodesk Inventor. Skills: Strong understanding of GD&T, drawing symbols, and tolerance standards. Excellent ability to read and interpret customer drawings. Experience with cost estimation for manufacturing projects. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
