Job Description

Position : Junior Manager - 1264

Exp : Minimum 9 Year required

Education : Diploma Electrical Eng.

Role & responsibilities

Central Maintenance

To lead the equipment, break down & scheduled repair activities for EOT Cranes & Hoists across the plant.
Pursue the investigation & root cause of parts failure, measures to prevent recurrence
Planning & Execution of periodical maintenance (TBM & CBM)
To support & supervise the PM activities by AMC team.
Safety management and guidance to subordinates & makers while inspections.
Horizontal deployment of global/MSIL plants disasters.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have good knowledge about Relay Logic Circuits (RLC), Mitsubishi PLC, GOTs, ABB & Mitsubishi VFDs, Limit Switches, Thruster brakes, Drum Brakes & Disc brakes and all relevant auxiliaries of EOT Cranes & Hoist.
Need Good knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical Drawings.
Must have a knowledge about the replacement of Wire ropes, Drum, Current collector, Safety Net & top and bottom Pulleys etc.
Need Good knowledge about Rope Q, Rail Q test, Rail bolt tightening & Rail gap adjustment etc.
