Junior Litigation Advocate

Juristi Legal LLP is a dynamic law firm based in Janakpuri, Delhi, serving clients across India. We manage our practice from our Delhi office and through on-site client visits, specializing exclusively in civil, commercial, corporate, business, consumer, industrial litigation, and labour laws.

Position: Full-Time Core Litigation Advocate

Location: Mumbai

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM

Remuneration: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Advocate to join our team in Mumbai for a full-time, on-site role. The ideal candidate will independently handle end-to-end legal matters, including strategy development, drafting, filing, and courtroom representation, ensuring positive outcomes for our clients.

Key Requirements

1. Experience

   : 2–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in core litigation and arbitration.

2. Expertise

   : Strong background in civil, commercial, corporate, business, consumer, industrial litigation, or labour laws, with exceptional drafting skills, courtroom presence, and persuasive argumentation.

3. Work Arrangement

   : Full-time, on-site position in Mumbai. No hybrid, freelance, work-from-home, or retainership options are available.

4. Communication

   : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional etiquette, and prompt responsiveness.

5. Independence

   : Ability to independently represent clients in court, conduct legal research, prepare pleadings, draft submissions, and strategize for client cases with minimal supervision.

6. Commitment

   : Willingness to work Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM, in our Mumbai office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute case strategies for client disputes.
• Independently handle drafting, filing, and court arguments.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support pleadings and submissions.
• Provide end-to-end client representation with a focus on achieving positive outcomes.
