Junior Landscape Architecture

You will be working as a Junior Landscape Architect at an emerging Landscape Architecture Studio based in Dubai with an office in India. Your primary role will involve preparing design-related materials, 3D models, technical design packages, technical details, sections, and elevations. You will also assist with QA/QC audits, prepare design stage reports, presentation materials, attend client meetings, and coordinate with other relevant disciplines. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparation of design-related material such as sketch designs, rendered plans, and illustrative material. - Creating 3D models using SketchUp and Lumion. - Developing technical design packages using CAD & Revit. - Generating 2D & 3D technical details, sections, and elevations. - Assisting with QA/QC on Landscape Projects. - Creating Design Stage Reports and Presentation materials using InDesign. - Attending Client and Consultant Meetings. - Coordinating with other disciplines like Engineers, Architects, and Interior Designers. - Developing maintenance plans for completed sites. - Actively participating in company trainings such as BIM. Qualifications and Experience required: - 0-3 years of post-graduate experience. - Degree in Landscape Architecture from a recognized Institution. - Creative design flair and graphical skills. - Strong hand sketching ability. - Competence in Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion. - Landscape BIM experience is advantageous. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Middle East experience preferred. - Proficiency in programs like Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe, Sketch-up, 3D Studio Max, InDesign, and Lumion.
