An emerging Landscape Architecture Studio based in Dubai, having office in India is seeking highly competent Junior Landscape Architect who meet the following criteria: The following detailed tasks, duties and responsibilities although expected to be implemented and managed by the Junior Landscape Architect, should be coordinated with the company’s line management. The Junior Landscape Architect may be required to fulfill duties as detailed below on single or multiple projects or working on strategic / special tasks and projects. The special tasks may not be project specific and maybe part of a company strategic programme. Special tasks will include the likes of QA & QC audits, procedural writing etc. The Junior Landscape Architect must work closely with their immediate supervisor to establish and agree work scope and responsibilities of this role on the specific project; and establish the required resources / support to fulfill all required duties as agreed. The job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Preparation of design related material including sketch designs, rendered plans and illustrative material to support submissions. Preparation of 3D models in both SketchUp and Lumion to support Landscape Submissions. Preparation of technical design packages from Schematic Design to Tender in both CAD & Revit. Preparation of 2D & 3D Technical Details, Sections and Elevations in both CAD & Revit. Assist with and undertake QA/QC on Landscape Projects in accordance with SCLA’s in-house procedures. Preparation of Design Stage Reports using InDesign. Preparation of Presentation material for Client Meetings, Workshops and Presentations using InDesign. Attend Client and Consultant Meetings in person and on MS Teams. Coordination with other relevant disciplines such as Engineers, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Architects, Interior Designers etc. Develop maintenance plans for completed sites. Actively participate in company trainings such as BIM QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS 0-3 years post graduate experience. Degree in Landscape Architecture from recognised Institution. Creative design flare and graphical skills are essential to role. Strong hand sketching ability. Competence in full Adobe Suite essential. Strong AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Lumion skills. Working under the direction of the BIM Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the BIM function are improved upon and / or maintained at a high and consistent level. This position is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Undertake all aspects of BIM modeling associated with SCLA’s Landscape Projects. Assist in preparation of Plans, Sections, Construction Details & Schedules using Revit Software. Implement and maintain the BIM Protocol, as per project scope. Participate in BIM Coordination (not limited to clash detection) and use of information during the BIM process. Review records of BIM models and their status. Establish quality control procedures to check that all the models are accurate. Ensure that each organization has published version of the model for each significant milestone stage as identified in the BIM Coordination Program.
