As a Senior Landscape BIM Coordinator at studioCREATE located in Hyderabad, India, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in advancing digital delivery across landscape architecture projects. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the quality and consistency of BIM deliverables, supporting project deadlines, validating SOPs, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with project management teams to align digital processes with project objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Advance digital delivery across landscape architecture projects - Ensure quality and consistency of BIM deliverables - Support project deadlines and validate SOPs - Mentor junior staff - Collaborate with project management teams to align digital processes with project objectives Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination in an Architectural Firm - 5+ years of production experience in design drafting (all design stages) - Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD - Basic knowledge in automation skills like Dynamo and Revit API is an added advantage - Understanding of various BIM uses such as Code validation, Design coordination, Quantity take-off, GIS, VR, AIM, etc. will be an added advantage,
