As a Junior Kitchen Chef Culinary Demonstration Specialist at On2Cook, you will be bringing innovation to life through live cooking demos in various settings such as hotels, QSRs, cloud kitchens, and exhibitions. Your role will involve developing recipes across different cuisines that showcase speed, taste, and nutrition. You will engage directly with chefs, food professionals, customers, and distributors while supporting post-sales deployment and providing culinary customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct live cooking demonstrations in professional kitchens, cafeterias, and exhibitions. - Develop and adapt recipes for On2Cook technology across a variety of cuisines. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer satisfaction. - Ensure that demos effectively convert into sales and instill confidence in the product. - Assist with deployment, training, and culinary customer service post-installation. - Maintain kitchen hygiene, document recipes, and ensure demo readiness. Qualifications Required: - Diploma/Certification in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or equivalent. (Freshers with a strong culinary passion are welcome!) - Familiarity with regional cuisines and local food traditions. - Strong presentation and communication skills to engage diverse audiences. - Passion for food experimentation and modern cooking technologies. - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
