Job Description

Recruiting strategy: Designing and implementing a recruiting strategy Sourcing candidates: Using social media, databases, and other channels to attract candidates Screening: Reviewing applications and filtering candidates Interviewing: Conducting interviews with candidates Onboarding: Helping candidates onboard and complete forms Reporting: Submitting reports to hiring managers on the hiring process and industry Job descriptions: Developing and updating job descriptions and specifications Job postings: Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to job boards, newspapers, and colleges Candidate experience: Ensuring a positive candidate experience Communication: Communicating effectively with candidates, vendors, recruiters, and the offshore team Negotiation: Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates Hiring trends: Staying up to date on hiring trends and best practices Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Application Question(s): Should be near to the location K R Puram / TC palya Experience: total work: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
