Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support

    Opera PMS

    and

    POS

    systems.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot

    hotel networks

    , including LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi.
  • Administer

    virtualization platforms

    (VMware/Hyper-V).
  • Oversee

    cloud services

    (AWS, Azure, etc.) and backup solutions.
  • Deploy and manage

    MDM solutions

    for mobile devices.
  • Manage

    Windows/Linux servers

    , patches, and uptime.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and hotel-specific IT standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for IT needs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of IT experience in the

    hotel industry

    .
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of

    Opera PMS, POS systems

    , and

    server management

    .
  • Familiar with

    virtualization, cloud platforms

    , and

    network protocols

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
