JUNIOR INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

Position Level: Junior Technician / Assistant Installer

Salary Range: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000/month + installation bonus (₹1,000-1,500 per job)

Experience Required: 2-3 years in general construction, electrical work, or HVAC basics

Reports To: Senior Installation Technician / Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation Support:

• Assist senior technician in all installation phases
• Help carry and position heavy equipment (blower units, filter boxes)
• Prepare work site and protect customer property
• Assist in duct installation and fittings
• Help with electrical wiring under senior technician supervision
• Clean up after installations and maintain work site
• Handle material logistics and inventory on-site

2. Maintenance Support:

• Accompany senior technician for maintenance visits (transition to monthly maintenance team)
• Learn monthly filter replacement and system checks
• Assist with customer communication and documentation
• Help build spare parts inventory

3. Training & Development:

• Learn installation SOP step-by-step under senior technician mentorship
• Attend safety and technical training sessions
• Gradually increase responsibility and independence

• Assist in 15-20 installations per month
