Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Jr. HR to join our team and support various HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job roles.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update HR databases, records, and employee information.
• Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
