Full job description

We are hiring a Jr. Human Resources Executive (Fresher to 6months) to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with internship experience in HR who are passionate about starting their careers in Human Resources.

As an HR Executive, you will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Support new hire onboarding and documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Help organize employee engagement activities
• Provide general HR administrative support
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Internship experience in HR (Fresher to 6months)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
