Job Title: Junior HR Executive Location: Client’s Office – Shakespeare Sarani (near Ruby), Kolkata Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month Experience: Minimum 1 year in HR Operations Education: MBA in HR or related field (preferred) Company Overview: We are a Human Resource Knowledge Processing and Consulting firm that partners with organizations to design, implement, and improve their HR functions. Our services include HR operations management, policy structuring, payroll processing, and employee engagement programs. We are currently looking to hire a Junior HR Executive who will be placed at our client’s office and will work under the supervision of a senior HR from our team. Key Responsibilities: Support day-to-day HR operations at the client site Manage attendance records and assist in payroll processing Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities Maintain employee records and HR documentation Assist in addressing employee queries and grievances Support implementation of HR policies and processes Prepare regular HR reports and MIS Coordinate with the senior HR and follow directives provided Candidate Requirements: MBA in HR or related discipline preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations or payroll management Basic knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance is an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) Willingness to work from the client’s office and follow structured reporting Work Location: Client Office, Shakespeare Sarani Kolkata Interested Candidates can apply , our team will get back ...
