Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior HR Executive, located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Junior HR Executive will be responsible for supporting HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and training & development. Daily tasks include assisting with the hiring process, maintaining employee records, conducting new hire orientations, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. Additionally, the Junior HR Executive will manage performance appraisals, handle HR documentation, and coordinate with various departments.

• Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution skills
• Training & Development experience
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with HR software and tools is a plus
