Job Description

As a member of the Chenni HR Shared Services team at Hogarth, your primary responsibility will be to provide essential administrative support for the entire freelancer engagement lifecycle in our London office. This role involves tasks such as onboarding and offboarding processes, timesheet management, account creation, query resolution, and reporting. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Timesheet Management:** Remind freelancers of deadlines, approve timesheets, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company policies. - **Account Creation and Access:** Manage the onboarding process for freelancers by requesting the creation of necessary accounts and following up to ensure timely completion. - **Query Resolution:** Act as the first point of contact for freelancers and their hiring managers regarding any issues related to timesheets, account access, or other administrative matters. - **Reporting:** Generate reports on freelancer activity, budgets, actual costs, and other relevant metrics for stakeholders. **Qualifications Required:** - Demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation), and PowerPoint for creating professional documents and presentations. - Experience with data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in Power BI is highly desirable. - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with freelancers, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. - Proven ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement them effectively. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Commitment to providing excellent client service and exceeding expectations. - Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
