Role Overview:

Junior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Packaging Design:

• Conceptualize, design, and produce creative packaging designs for various products, ensuring designs meet brand guidelines, production constraints, and regulatory standards.

2. Catalogue Preparation:

• Design and produce product catalogues, ensuring they align with brand identity and effectively showcase products.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to curate content, arrange products, and design layouts for print and digital catalogues.

3. Brand Consistency:

• Ensure consistency in design across all packaging and marketing collateral, maintaining a cohesive brand identity.
• Work with marketing teams to integrate packaging designs into larger campaigns, ensuring a unified brand experience across all customer touchpoints.

4. Technical Design:

• Create and prepare print-ready artwork, ensuring accurate specifications for color, typography, and layout.
• Develop dyeline's and packaging templates, ensuring the design aligns with production constraints and packaging requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., nutritional labels, safety warnings) and create packaging that meets industry requirements.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Photoshop, CorelDraw, and InDesign, etc.

• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, printing techniques, and production workflows.
• Ability to create dyeline's, packaging templates, and prepare print-ready files.
• Knowledge of catalog layout and design, including digital and print formats.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
