Your Core Mandate

● Build modular design systems that scale across 20+ teams

● Lead visual thinking from brief to rollout

● Integrate generative AI into smart, daily design workflows

● Maintain quality, tighten turnaround time, and inspire the team

System Thinking Meets Scale

● Design cross-channel frameworks that bring the brand to life

● Create scalable components, tokens, and guidelines

● Unify the experience across platform, campaigns, clinics, packaging & performance

AI-First Creative Execution

● Identify use cases for automation & generative design

● Explore tools (Midjourney, Runway, Canva Studio, etc.) and build practical pipelines

● Champion an internal culture of “Design x AI” experimentation and upskilling

Creative Leadership

● Define visual direction for marquee campaigns & products

● Lead learning sessions, shape junior & senior talent, and create design playbooks

● Review and raise quality across the board — from banners to brand films

Stakeholder Collaboration

● Co-own KPIs with Category, Product, Healthcare & Retention teams

● Partner with Designers, Brand Managers, Copywriters & Motion Artists to bring ideas

to life

● Align brand intent with platform execution — without losing the essence / insight

Success Looks Like

● Target backed assets week on week that look like one brand

● CTR, CVR, NPS uplifts across campaigns

● On-time sprints with <5% rework

● Audit-ready Figma systems and naming hygiene

● A happier, sharper, more future-ready design team

What You’ll Work On

● Design Systems: From platform tokens to campaign templates

● IC Work: LP visualisations, packaging mocks, KV concepting

● Automation: Smart workflows for repetitive formats

● Creative QA: Daily reviews, design audits, brand consistency

● Team Uplift: Mentorship, feedback loops, learning rituals

Who We’re Looking For

● Portfolio that balances systemic thinking with brand flair

● Strong across layout, motion, typography, and platform principles

● Hands-on with AI tools (or eager to dive in and lead from the front)

● Collaborative, curious, self-driven — no room for ego, only excellence
