Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Graphic Designer located in Chennai. The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual content for various platforms, assisting in the development of design concepts, collaborating with the marketing team, and ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines. Daily tasks will also include creating graphics for social media, print materials, and digital advertising, as well as participating in brainstorming sessions and project reviews.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles and visual communication
• Ability to create compelling graphics for social media, print, and digital platforms
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand guidelines
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team
• Basic knowledge of web design and HTML/CSS is a plus
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields
