Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertisements
• Create print materials including brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional materials
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual communications
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns
• Design UI/UX elements for websites and mobile applications
• Edit and retouch photos for various marketing materials
• Prepare final files for print and digital publication
• Stay updated with design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
• Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other design tools is a plus
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Good communication skills to understand project requirements
