Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging visual content for

  print, digital, and social media

  .
• Develop and maintain

  brand kits

  and style guides to ensure consistent branding.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project goals and translate them into creative designs.
• Design marketing collateral such as brochures, banners, social media posts, emailers, and infographics.
• Create visual elements such as

  logos, icons, and illustrations

  .
• Revise and improve designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders or clients.
• Stay updated with current design trends and best practices.
• Manage design projects from

  concept to delivery

  , ensuring deadlines are met.
• Support senior designers in reviewing and refining junior design drafts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in

  Graphic Design

  , Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment).
• Strong proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A solid portfolio showcasing a variety of

  print and digital

  design work.
• Eye for detail, color, layout, and typography.
• Strong understanding of

  visual storytelling

  and user-centered design principles.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with a

  collaborative attitude

  .
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of

  motion graphics/animation

  (After Effects or similar tools).
• Familiarity with tools like

  Figma

  , Canva, or other design collaboration platforms.
