The Role:

● Ad Campaign Creatives: Build scroll-stopping visuals for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn campaigns.

● Social Media Design: Turn big ideas into small, smart visuals that spark engagement.

● Branding Collateral: Posters, billboards, brochures, signage — if it carries the alt.f name, you’ll make it look unmissable.

● Website & Landing Pages: Collaborate with marketing to design layouts that sell, not just decorate.

● Internal & External Documents: From pitch decks to policy PDFs, every doc should feel designed, not dumped.

● Everything Else: If it needs a visual, you’re on it.

What We’re Looking For

● 1–3 years of experience designing across digital and print.

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).

● A good eye for minimal, modern layouts and bold typography.

● Comfort working with tight timelines and multiple projects at once.

● An understanding of how design impacts performance marketing; CTRs, conversions, and storytelling through visuals.

● Bonus: Motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design chops.
