Junior Graphic Designer

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Housr, you will join a team where creativity meets innovation, playing a pivotal role in defining and elevating the visual identity of the brand. Your responsibilities will involve crafting captivating designs that seamlessly integrate across digital and print platforms, ensuring that our brand presence is bold, compelling, and consistent. Your key responsibilities will include: 1. Visual Brilliance: - Design engaging and high-impact visuals, layouts, and creative assets for various platforms such as social media, websites, landing pages, emailers, branding collaterals, and marketing campaigns. - Utilize advanced design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc., to create innovative and on-brand designs. - Stay updated on industry trends to maintain the brands creative outlook fresh and ahead of the curve. 2. Brand Harmony: - Maintain consistency in brand representation across all touchpoints, whether digital or print. - Develop and implement design guidelines, templates, and brand standards to ensure visual integrity. - Contribute to refining and evolving the brands design language over time. 3. Creative Collaboration: - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations to translate business needs into powerful design outcomes. - Present design concepts with clarity and confidence, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. - Act as a design champion, raising the creative benchmark in every project. The ideal candidate for this role would be a Graduate/Postgraduate in Design, preferably from NIFT (or similar top design institute), with at least 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment or consumer-facing brand. You should have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design, mastery of design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma is a plus), and the ability to balance creativity with attention to detail and brand alignment. Strong communication, time management, and collaborative skills are essential for success in this role.,
