Animated carousel-type videos/gifs etc. Job Requirements: Must have expert level proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator Must have intermediate level proficiency with Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects, Figma. You have at least 3-6 months of working knowledge /experience in the tools mentioned above with graphic design skills in designing social media posts, banners and similar creatives. You have a creative mind, but you are also on a continuous search for design inspiration from external and internal resources such as blogs, videos and social media channels - that you can put to use in your professional work Your goal is to contribute to a company's branding through landing pages, lead magnets, images for social media ads and logos you will design You have good English communication skills, written and verbal You have a positive, enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions Enjoys working within our process while also contributing ideas, constructive feedback, and positive energy to the larger team. You are great at communicating messages through Visual / Creative designs but also are great at communicating with other team members Additional Skills that would be ideal, but not mandatory: You have relevant experience in website and/or mobile app user experience design You have skills related to Branding and visual identity design including Logos, Packaging Design. Roles and Responsibilities: Design social media creatives with sizes & formats applicable for organic posting on facebook / instagram Design Ad creatives as per sizes and formats applicable understanding the customer business and their product & services Design website banner images as per applicable sizes and formats Design landing pages with design elements (colors, stock photos, font sizing, and font family) that match the clients website Coordinate with digital marketing & web development team by implementing the given tasks and also ask relevant questions as and when clarifications & inputs are required Coordinate with clients for inputs as required relevant to complete the design tasks Keep data and login information confidential and secure using our encryption best practices. Design attractive lead magnets into PDF's Brainstorm and suggest designs based on best practises of digital publishing (online media) Clearly and constructively communicate with the Project Manager / Coordinator if you get stuck or need help with something. Attending daily sync-ups at 10AM IST (Mon-Sat)

Primary Objective: The Junior HTML Developer will support the front-end development team by writing clean, well-structured HTML and CSS code to help build responsive websites, landing pages, and email templates. This role is ideal for someone with foundational knowledge of web technologies who is eager to learn and grow while contributing to live projects. The developer will work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure the visual and functional aspects of all digital interfaces are executed as per requirements. Job Requirements: Excellent English communication skills Knowledge in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript Ability to build responsive layouts using Flexbox, Grid, and media queries Experience with WordPress for content updates and basic customization is a plus. Familiarity with form handling, semantic HTML, and basic SEO practices Basic understanding of page speed optimization tools and techniques Exposure to Figma-to-code conversion.
