Job Description

We are looking for a junior engineer passionate about Trainee-Generative AI (GenAI) to join our team. In this role, you will assist in designing, prototyping, and deploying GenAI applications using models such as GPT, LLaMA, or other transformer-based architectures. You will work closely with senior engineers, data scientists, and product managers to explore GenAIs potential across various use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the development of applications using foundation models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, Mistral).
Assist in fine-tuning or prompt-engineering of large language models (LLMs) for specific business use cases.
Build and test LLM pipelines using APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Cohere, etc.).
Contribute to prompt design, evaluation, and benchmarking of GenAI model outputs.
Collaborate on building GenAI-powered chatbots, copilots, summarizers, and content generation tools.
Participate in data preparation, cleaning, and formatting for model training and evaluation.
Implement simple RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines under guidance.
Contribute to documentation, model evaluation reports, and performance dashboards.
