You’ll help bring Nova’s communication-first, emotionally intelligent design vision to life.

You’ll translate carefully crafted Figma designs into clean, responsive, production-ready interfaces. You’ll work closely with design and product to build UI that feels calm, intuitive, and supportive of thoughtful communication.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detail, polish, and building software that feels good in real use.

You’ll build and maintain responsive front-end web applications using React, HTML, and CSS.

You’ll convert Figma designs into pixel-accurate, high-quality implementations.

You’ll collaborate with designers and backend engineers to ensure smooth integration.

You’ll focus on spacing, hierarchy, motion, micro-interactions, and accessibility.

You’ll build interfaces that feel intentional, restrained, and considerate.

You’ll write clean, reusable code that balances performance with clarity.

Bonus if you enjoy adding subtle transitions and thoughtful motion that enhance the experience without noise.

You have 0–0.5 years of hands-on experience in front-end development.

You have a strong grasp of React, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

You’ve translated Figma designs into pixel-perfect UI before.

You have a good eye for layout, typography, and user experience details.

You’re sensitive to how design choices influence user behavior and communication.

Familiarity with Tailwind, Next.js, or similar frameworks is a plus.

Bonus if you enjoy experimenting with motion or building small side projects that reflect taste and restraint.

You’ll work on a product that improves how people communicate with each other.

You’ll help shape an emotional intelligence layer that lives inside real human conversations.
