Must have skills:

• Strong written and oral communication skills are required to disseminate information

• Seeks to develop own skills and capability, takes on others responsibilities/tasks as and when is necessary to ensure team outputs achieved

• Possesses good communication & analytical skills

• Eye for detail

• Proven ability to build strong relationships with partners on site/ across business lines/ juniors and seniors

• A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow through. Escalate issues as appropriate

• A client focused approach

• Good working knowledge of MS office including SharePoint

• Exposure and understanding of Risk, Audit and Compliance factors
