Junior Finance

Job Description

The Junior Finance Executive will assist the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting entries, billing, and invoicing.
• Support bank reconciliation and vendor payments.
• Maintain and update financial records and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments for invoice verification and expense tracking.
• Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Requirements:

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).
• Familiarity with Tally ERP or any accounting software is an added advantage.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualifications:

• B. Com / M. Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Up to 1 year

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
