Mission Statement

Work for the delivery of AMC services, including troubleshooting, configuration, verification, and documentation for software, PLC, and SCADA systems. Ensure successful site visits and proper closure by collecting signed MoM (Minutes of Meeting) and JMS (Job Movement Slip).

Main Responsibilities

Key Area

Description

AMC Site Visits

→Visit customer sites as per AMC schedule

→Inspect and maintain software and application of X-Force, PLC, SCADA, HMI systems

→Verify and document system health status

Service Execution

→Troubleshoot and resolve site issues

→Perform necessary configuration or software updates

→Coordinate with Lead/Project Manager

Customer Interaction

→Interact with site engineers for issue understanding

→Update customer on actions taken and get MoM signed

Documentation

→Prepare and get MoM (Minutes of Meeting) signed

→Fill and get JMS (Job Measurement sheet) signed

→Customer satisfaction form and signed of user.

→Update visit logs and service reports

Reporting

→Daily/Weekly reporting to Technical Manager

→Maintain backup of configurations and documents

Compliance

→Adhere to company policies and customer safety protocols

→Maintain discipline and professional behaviour on-site

Deputation

→RIL Site (3 month of deputation)
