As a Junior Executive-Sales & Services at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, your primary responsibilities will include: - Achieving individual sales targets and implementing company strategies to enhance store profits - Greeting and engaging customers to understand their requirements - Directing customers to products and influencing their buying decisions - Engaging customers through suggestive selling to drive sales - Conducting remote selling activities when requested to maximize customer reach - Performing priority selling to minimize aged stock while maintaining customer satisfaction - Cross selling and promoting to HNI customers across all product categories - Handling customer queries and complaints with the right solutions - Providing excellent customer service and educating customers on product details - Packing products in front of CCTV camera for online orders to maintain security - Handling customer returns and Old Gold by checking terms, conditions, and quality - Gathering feedback from customers for business improvement - Ensuring accurate entry of customer details for maintaining an updated database - Checking product details, weight, and invoice accuracy after sales You will also be responsible for: - Informing customers about special offers and enrolling them in various schemes - Coordinating customer order placement to ensure on-time delivery - Counting and recording daily stock, transferring stock to the locker, and reporting sold stock for inventory maintenance - Executing visual merchandising guidelines and maintaining product display quality - Generating customer leads, increasing footfall, and supporting in-store events and product exhibitions - Building awareness of competitor products, updating knowledge, and assisting in BTL marketing - Adhering to grooming standards, SOPs, and cost-effective practices - Preparing sales reports for senior management - Acquiring knowledge in all store sections and actively seeking self-development opportunities - Identifying training needs and completing mandatory programs/certifications The educational qualification required for this role is HSC, with an age limit below 31 years and 2 to 3 years of experience.
