As a Junior Executive-Sales & Services at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, your primary responsibilities include: - Achieving individual sales targets and implementing company strategies to boost store profit - Welcoming and engaging customers to understand their needs - Guiding customers to products, influencing buying decisions, and suggesting additional purchases - Conducting remote selling activities to maximize customer reach - Performing priority selling for aged stock while ensuring customer satisfaction - Cross-selling to High Net Worth Individuals across all product categories - Addressing customer queries and complaints with appropriate solutions - Providing excellent customer service by educating customers on product details and benefits - Packing products in front of CCTV camera for online orders to maintain security - Handling customer returns and Old Gold by following quality check procedures - Collecting customer feedback for business improvement - Ensuring accurate entry of customer details post purchase for database maintenance - Verifying product details, weight, and invoices post-sale for customer satisfaction Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Informing customers about special offers and enrolling them in schemes - Coordinating customer order placement for on-time delivery - Managing daily stock count, transfers, and inventory maintenance - Implementing visual merchandising guidelines and ensuring jewellery safety - Generating customer leads, increasing footfall, and assisting in marketing activities - Adhering to grooming standards, SOPs, and cost-effective practices - Preparing sales reports for Senior Management - Acquiring knowledge in various store sections and seeking self-development opportunities - Identifying training needs and completing mandatory training programs The required qualifications for this role are: - Educational Qualification: HSC - Age: Below 31 - Experience: 2 to 3 years Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India Salary: As per industry standards (INR),
