Junior Executive – New Product Development (NPD)

Job Purpose

To support the New Product Development team in design, documentation, trials, and implementation of new products and processes, ensuring timely development as per customer and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in new product design & development activities as per customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain NPD-related documents (APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, control plans, work instructions).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Purchase, Tool Room, Suppliers) for smooth project execution.
• Support in sample preparation, product trials, and validation testing.
• Collect and analyze process and product data during trials.
• Assist in maintaining BOMs, drawings, and engineering change notes (ECN).
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
• Follow-up with suppliers for development of new components.
• Assist in cost analysis and feasibility study of new projects.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for management/customer meetings.
• CAD exposure (preferred)

Pay: ₹20,236.38 - ₹40,596.00 per month
