Job Description

Job Title: Junior Executive – Human Resources (Time Office & Labour Management)

Department: Human Resources
Location: Abu Road, District Sirohi (Rajasthan)
Reporting To: HR Manager / Sr. Executive – HR
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Gross per month)

Educational Qualification:

  • MHRM / MSW / PG Diploma in HR Management

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Time Office, Attendance Management, and Labour Administration (preferably in a manufacturing setup).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Attendance & Time Office Management

  • Collect and maintain daily labour attendance from all plant departments.
  • Prepare and submit attendance and overtime (OT) reports accurately.
  • Ensure proper shift records and monitor absenteeism.
  • Coordinate with contractors and supervisors for attendance discrepancies.

2. Statutory Compliance Support

  • Handle ESIC registration, maintain records, and coordinate with HR for compliance.
  • Maintain labour data and assist in monthly compliance documentation.

3. Labour & Manpower Control

  • Monitor and control labour strength, especially during night shifts.
  • Ensure adequate manpower availability as per production needs.
  • Address labour-related grievances and coordinate with security and supervisors.

4. Staff Colony & Facility Management

  • Act as warden for the staff colony – oversee housekeeping, sanitation, and maintenance issues.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repair work.
  • Maintain discipline and ensure proper living conditions in the colony.

5. Housekeeping & General Administration

  • Supervise daily housekeeping activities in plant and colony areas.
  • Ensure upkeep of common areas and support the admin team in facility management.

6. Coordination & Reporting

  • Prepare daily and weekly reports related to attendance, OT, and manpower.
  • Support HR in various employee welfare activities and audits.
  • Be available as the primary point of contact for labour and colony-related matters.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of attendance & overtime management
  • Basic understanding of ESIC and statutory compliance
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle labour workforce and maintain discipline
  • Hands-on with MS Excel and attendance software
  • Willingness to work under pressure and during odd hours if required

Other Details:

  • Preferred Candidate: From nearby areas (Abu Road, Sirohi, Palanpur, Mount Abu, etc.)
  • Accommodation: Company-provided staff colony accommodation available
  • Working Hours: As per factory shift requirements (must be available for night shift monitoring when required)
