About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Executive/ Executive– HR with 3 years of experienceto join our Human Resources team. This role will provide administrative and operational support to the HR department. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process across various departments.
• Source candidates through job portals , employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screening resumes and conduct initial telephonic interview.
• Maintain and update databases and reports.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Supporting onboarding and off boarding activities.
• Handling Attendance.
• Supporting Employee Engagement.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources – mandatory.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in Overall HR and Operations.
• Hands-on-experience in any HRMS is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
