Job Description

As a Junior Enterprise Account Executive at Draup, based in The Woodlands, TX, your role will involve identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities through active prospecting and collaboration with Marketing teams & VP of Sales. You will primarily work from the office for 4 days a week with 1 day of remote flexibility. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building a strong pipeline and maintaining client relationships - Engaging enterprise accounts through various outreach methods - Leveraging research and data for relevant prospect engagement - Delivering tailored product demos - Collaborating with the VP of Sales to close deals - Employing consultative sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and Challenger Sales What We Value in candidates like you: - Coachability, curiosity, and autonomy - A drive to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment - Energetic, optimistic, and entrepreneurial spirit Qualifications we are looking for: - 1 -2 years of experience selling SaaS software, preferably to HR Leaders OR - 2+ years of experience in active prospecting targeting HR leaders as a Business Development Representative (BDR), with a strong desire to grow into a Junior Account Executive role - Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills - Process-driven and self-motivated - Familiarity with workforce planning, talent acquisition, or talent intelligence is a plus In terms of Salary & Benefits, you can expect: - Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually (depending on experience) - Commission: Performance-based, with an OTE of $100,000 - $120,000 - Benefits Package: Health, Dental, 401(k), etc. About Draup: Draup is an AI-driven enterprise decision-making platform that empowers leaders in sales and talent domains with actionable insights.
