Job Description

Responsibilities:

Review and analyse customer requirements, specifications, and technical requirements.
Prepare Inspection test plans and different testing procedures.
Performing product Inspection and testing as per the ITP, drawing, Data sheets and meeting the customer-specified requirements.
Performing product inspection, offering inspection stages to the customer inspector.
Monitoring product welding requirements based on WPS and PQR.
Reviewing material certificates as per material specifications, product data sheets.
Performing NDE (RT, MPT, VT, LPT, etc.) examinations.
Preparing quality dossiers as per the Inspection test plan.
Handling Internal External audits.
Co-ordination with internal and inter-department team members.
Coordinating with Customer and External parties extending support as when required.
Identifying Root cause and corrective action for NCRs and customer complaints related to orders.
Oversee continuous improvement projects.
Complying with Enpros Vision, Mission, Values, and objectives
Closure of action points from MRM and customer / third-party audits.

Pedigree:

1. Bachelors in mechanical engineering.
