Junior Engineer - Production

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electronic assembly of components and products as per work instructions.
• Conduct PCB testing using standard testing procedures and tools.
• Carry out soldering (through-hole and SMD) tasks with precision and quality.
• Assist in repair and rework of defective units or components.
• Support routine maintenance of production tools, jigs, and equipment.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and follows safety protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of electronics components, circuits, and schematics.
• Hands-on experience or training in PCB assembly, testing, and soldering.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic hardware faults.

Job Type: Full-time
