About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to join our construction team in Punjab. The ideal candidate should have 5–6 years of hands-on experience in site execution, quality monitoring, and coordination for building and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities on site.
• Ensure quality, safety, and timely execution of work as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workforce.
• Maintain site documentation – daily progress reports, material records, and attendance.
• Assist in material planning, verification, and reconciliation.
• Report progress to project engineers and senior management.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, construction materials, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good team management and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Office.
• Familiarity with site safety practices.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 5–6 years of relevant construction/site experience.
• Willingness to work on-site in Punjab.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
