Junior Engineer (Civil)

Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Engineer to play a pivotal role in our construction company's execution discipline. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing various aspects of construction projects, ensuring efficient execution, quality assurance, and adherence to safety protocols. Your expertise will contribute to the successful delivery of projects and the continuous growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, overseeing all phases of execution. Provide technical guidance to project teams and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Site Management: Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, collaborating with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and timely completion.

Quality Control: Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure construction work meets specifications and industry standards. Conduct inspections and address any deviations or discrepancies.

Safety Oversight: Champion a culture of safety on the construction site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, conducting regular safety audits and taking corrective actions as needed.

Technical Expertise: Apply your deep understanding of engineering principles to solve complex technical challenges. Provide guidance on engineering design, materials selection, and construction methodologies.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers, to achieve project objectives. Foster effective communication and teamwork.

Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize resource utilization.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and change orders. Generate regular status reports for project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience as a Senior Engineer in construction, with 10 years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
